What is a Virtual Assistant (VA) and how can you benefit me?
A Virtual Assistant is a person that works as an independent contractor to a variety of business types and industries. Here at The Main Street VA, I cater primarily with those involved in real estate. Assisting with the logistics of the business, customer leads, follow-up and processing of sales. As an independent contractor, I provide my own work space, supplies and benefits; saving you tons of money!

How Do I get Started?
Your first step would be to contact me, so that we can schedule a time to chat about your specific needs. Here we can come up with the right plan for you, and decide if the Main Street VA would be a good fit.
How are files exchanged?
Files can be exchanged in a variety of ways including Dropbox, Google Docs, and Evernote as well as via Email. This will be discussed at the beginning of the project to determine the best solution for you.

How are Logins and Passwords exchanged?
Logins and Passwords are exchanged thru Last Pass, which is a password manager solution used to securely store logins and passwords. Once downloaded, you as the client would grant access to the VA and you are done. The password and login remain secure and is never actually shared with me as the VA.
Is my information confidential?
Yes! All Information is confidential and an agreement is signed by all parties ensuring the confidentiality of documents.
How do I know that you are doing the work?
The Main Street VA is my business; and my business is treating your company like it is my own. I will complete all projects in a timely fashion and above all expectations. All projects are tracked in PM Software and clients will have access every step of the way.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary based on the complexity of the project. An estimate of the time will be provided before the start of the project.
How do I pay for services?
Services can be paid online via credit card, debit card or by PayPal. All payment is due at the beginning of the agreement before any work can commence.
What if I need services that are not provided by The Main Street VA?
Here at The Main Street VA, I will try my best to fulfill all your task requests. If it cannot be completed by myself, I will contract with another VA to continue to free your time and offer excellent customer services.
